Taking Flight: Drone Photography from A to Z

Come fly with us and learn how to use your drone to advance your photography. Three professional licensed photographers will teach you what is needed to advance your drone photography and create spectacular imagery, whether it is for fun or profit.

Day 1 – Entry Level: Now that you’ve invested in your drone, don’t be intimidated to fly it! Learn everything you need to know to get your drone up and flying successfully. Instruction will include basics where & when you can fly safely with lots of hands-on experience flying with 107 certified instructors. Bring your own drone and let’s get you flying with confidence!

Day 2 – Intermediate Level: You’ve got the basics of flying down let’s take it to the next level. You will learn flying techniques to capture still images and riveting video. You will learn how to edit footage to create compelling videos. You will also learn how your drone can produce income. You will also explore the mechanics of the 107 test to be in compliance with FAA.

If you are new to drones, Day 1 is for you. If you have flown a while, come to Day 2. Or attend both days the total DRONE experience! Merits will be awarded for PPA members
