INTERPRETING REALITY

LINE, SHAPE, VALUE, COLOR AND EDGES: Learn to interpret and see visual information in a new and interesting way. Carolyn’s teaching is based on years of experience explaining how to interpret edges, color temperature, and shapes, and learning how to recognize patterns and make comparisons. Her goal is to empower artists to look and see a little differently and be able to expand their own personal expression.

This workshop is for those artists who are interested in enhancing their painting skills, while also learning how to approach a painting in a more creative way. Although we will be working from live models, the instruction is applicable to any subject matter. There will be demonstrations, a slide presentation, and as much individual attention as possible. Instruction will be in oils and the class is primarily for the intermediate to advanced painter.

Join Carolyn for this 4-day workshop - cost is $750
