Daguerre Club of Indiana Exhibit
Exciting news! 2019 is the 100th anniversary of The Daguerre Club of Indiana. As part of their celebration, they will be displaying member's images at the Brown County Art Gallery in Nashville, IN.
Anchoring the exhibit will be their very own ASP Fellow, Nancy Bailey-Pratt. There will be many other wonderful things including workshops, a display of Future Masters, and a Gala Opening of the exhibit on Saturday March 9th. Founded in 1919 the Daguerre Club of Indiana is the longest continuously functioning camera club in America. Formed to save the Daguerre Memorial Institute (the predecessor to Winona School of Professional Photography) located at Winona Lake, Indiana from closure members seek to foster friendships, provide continuing education and lead through examples of service. While the Daguerre Club of Indiana is an invitation only club non-members are often invited to join the Master Photographer members as guests and program presenters.
