Make Art, Make Friends: Printmaking Workshop with Mark Burkett

Mark Burkett will be hosting a three-day printmaking workshop next week, March 18th – 20th, from 10 AM – 2 PM at the Brown County Art Gallery. This hands-on experience will introduce you to the fundamentals of relief printmaking, allowing you to create and print small editions of your own artwork using provided tools and materials.

Local Artist – Mark Burkett

Mark Burkett is a painter and printer who studied printmaking at Indiana State University where he received his fine arts degree. He will show how to make basic relief prints using provided tools and materials. Participants will be able to produce small editions of art prints. No previous experience is required.
